1. About the Event

SPARK GOA 2026 — Space for Passion, Art, Reflection & Knowledge — is a curated experiential event organised by STRGZRS, held at Colomb House, Goa on 13th and 14th June 2026. The event comprises independent sessions and full-day experiences, each available for separate registration and payment.

2. Registration & Confirmation

• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment through our authorised payment gateway (Razorpay).
• A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
• Each experience has limited seats. Confirmation is subject to seat availability at the time of payment.
• STRGZRS reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration if payment is incomplete, fraudulent, or if the event reaches capacity before payment is processed.

3. Ticket Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current experience pricing:

• Brands & Personal Brands Experience — ₹999
• Creators Experience — ₹999
• Soil to Soul — ₹1,999
• Discover Goa Differently — ₹2,999
• Day Pass — 13th June (both Day 1 sessions) — ₹1,799
• Day Pass — 14th June (both Day 2 experiences) — ₹4,499
• SPARK Event Pass (all 4 experiences) — ₹5,999

Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation. The price displayed at the time of payment is the final price charged.

4. Participant Conduct

• Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of their session.
• Participants must maintain respectful, professional conduct throughout all sessions and activities.
• Alcohol, smoking, and prohibited substances are strictly not permitted during sessions and associated activities.
• STRGZRS and its partners reserve the right to remove any participant who violates conduct guidelines without refund.

5. Event Modifications

STRGZRS reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, itineraries, venues within Goa, or experience formats due to operational, weather, or safety requirements. Participants will be notified of material changes via email where possible. Such modifications do not entitle participants to a refund unless the event is fully cancelled by the organiser.

6. Media & Content Usage

Photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be captured during SPARK GOA 2026 sessions. By attending, you grant STRGZRS, SPARK, and associated partners the right to use such media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across digital and print channels, without additional compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event team on arrival.

7. Liability

Participation in SPARK GOA 2026 experiences is at the participant's own risk. STRGZRS shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence of the organiser. Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance where appropriate.

For the Soul Travelling Experience, participants engage in outdoor and hands-on activities (including river activities and nature walks). Participants with health conditions should assess suitability before booking and disclose relevant concerns to the team in advance.

8. Third-Party Partners

Certain experiences are delivered in association with partner organisations including Soul Travelling (Goa), Colomb House (Venue), and others. STRGZRS coordinates these experiences but partner organisations may have additional guidelines communicated on the day of the event.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from registration or participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Goa, India.
