Cancellation & Refund Policy
All registration fees for SPARK GOA 2026 experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is confirmed, except in the case of full event cancellation by STRGZRS (see Section 4).
1. Nature of Purchase
When you register for a SPARK GOA 2026 experience, you are purchasing a seat at a limited-capacity, curated live event. This is a service delivered on a fixed date at a fixed venue. As such, standard e-commerce return policies do not apply.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
Once your payment is successfully processed and your booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for:
- Change of personal plans or inability to attend
- Partial attendance (arriving late or leaving early)
- Dissatisfaction with session content, speakers, or format
- Travel or accommodation issues unrelated to event cancellation
- Minor schedule adjustments (time changes within the same day, speaker substitutions)
- Weather-related modifications to outdoor activities where the event proceeds in an adjusted format
3. Non-Transferable Policy
Bookings are issued in the name of the registered participant and cannot be transferred to another person. If you are unable to attend, you may not give or sell your seat to someone else. Each registration is linked to the email and phone number provided at the time of booking.
4. Event Cancellation by STRGZRS
In the unlikely event that STRGZRS cancels an experience entirely (not rescheduled), registered and confirmed participants will be entitled to:
- A full refund of the registration fee paid, processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or
- Credit toward a future STRGZRS event (at the participant's choice, where available)
Notification of cancellation will be sent to the email address on file. STRGZRS is not responsible for any ancillary costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) incurred by participants.
5. Event Rescheduling
If an experience is rescheduled to a different date or time by STRGZRS, confirmed participants will be notified via email. Your booking will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling notification by emailing letstalk@strgzrs.in.
6. Duplicate or Failed Payments
- Duplicate payments: If you are charged twice for the same experience, contact us within 48 hours with both transaction IDs. We will verify and refund the duplicate amount within 7 business days.
- Failed payment, charged account: If your bank account or UPI was debited but the booking was not confirmed, the amount is typically auto-reversed by Razorpay/your bank within 5–7 business days. If not reversed, contact us with your payment reference ID.
- Payment pending: Bookings with pending or failed payment status are not confirmed and do not reserve a seat.
7. How to Request a Refund (Eligible Cases Only)
Email letstalk@strgzrs.in with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request — SPARK GOA 2026"
- Your full name and registered email
- Experience name and booking date
- Razorpay Payment ID (found in your confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund request
We review all requests within 5 business days and respond via email. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage participants to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your registration being cancelled and future booking restrictions. We maintain full payment records via Razorpay and will provide documentation to resolve legitimate disputes.
